Support for Plantify — Plant Identifier

Write to us about anything connected with the app: a plant that was identified wrongly, a care card that looks off, a question about a subscription, a privacy request, or a suggestion for the next version. Every message is read.

Mentioning your device model, the iOS version, and the app version helps us answer faster. Where a plant was identified wrongly, telling us the species you believe it to be, and where it was growing, is more useful than the photo alone.

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so cancellations and refunds are handled in your Apple ID settings rather than by us. Write anyway if something looks wrong on our side and we will check it.

Privacy requests are handled through the same address. What may be requested is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Urgent situations

If a person or an animal has swallowed a plant or reacted badly to one, contact a doctor, a poison control centre, or a veterinarian straight away. We cannot help with an emergency and answering by email takes far too long.
