1) Overview

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”, or “user”) and the service provider operating the application (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

The Terms govern your access to and use of Pro Cleaner - Cleanup Phone (the “Service”), including any features, content, and subscription offerings. By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Access
You grant Photos / Contacts permissions needed for the feature you choose.
Review
The app helps you review items (e.g., duplicates/similar items) for decision-making.
Confirm
Actions are performed only after your confirmation (no automatic deletion).

3) Subscriptions

The Service may offer paid subscriptions that provide access to premium features. Plans (for example, weekly, monthly, yearly, or lifetime where available) may vary by region and can change over time. Current options and pricing are shown inside the app at the time of purchase.

Free trials

Some subscriptions may include a free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription may convert to a paid plan and renew as described below.


4) Billing & renewal

Payments for subscriptions are processed through your Apple ID account (App Store) where applicable. Your account will be charged once you confirm the purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Subscription management (including cancellation) is handled via your Apple ID settings.

5) Refunds

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store), and refunds (if any) are governed by Apple’s policies and procedures. We do not process payments directly.

In connection with a refund request, Apple may ask us to provide limited subscription-related information for verification. This may include usage signals that help confirm the subscription status (for example, whether premium features were accessed). We respond only as required to support Apple’s review.

For refund requests, please use Apple’s official flow in your App Store / Apple ID settings.


6) Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes;
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of the Service;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where prohibited by law;
  • Use the Service in a way that infringes the rights of others.

7) Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.


8) Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

You are responsible for reviewing content before confirming any deletion or modification and for maintaining backups of important data prior to performing organizational actions.

Your use of the Service does not replace device-level safety features and backups.


9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law. Where permitted, our total liability related to the Service will not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the preceding twelve (12) months.


10) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and may provide additional notice within the app or on our website where required by law.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.


11) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if required to do so by law. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
