Core photo/video/contact analysis is designed to run locally on your iPhone.
We do not sell personal data or share it for third‑party marketing.
Nothing is deleted automatically—actions require your review and confirmation.
This Policy explains what information is processed by Pro Cleaner - Cleanup Phone, why it is processed, and what choices you have.
If anything is unclear, contact us at pro@luxurycode.org.
Pro Cleaner - Cleanup Phone (the “Service”) is a device organization utility that helps you review photos, videos, and contacts directly on your iPhone—for example, finding duplicates or similar items so you can decide what to keep.
The Service is designed to minimize data collection and keep core processing on-device whenever possible.
You grant Photos / Contacts permissions needed for the feature you choose.
The app analyzes items on your device to show duplicates/similarities for review.
You review results and choose what to delete/keep.
Deletions/changes happen only after your confirmation (no silent deletion).

To provide core functionality (such as detecting duplicates), the Service may access items in your photo library and/or contacts only after you grant permission. This analysis is performed locally on your device.
We do not require you to upload your photos, videos, or contacts to our servers to use the core features.
If you contact us, we may receive the information you choose to provide (such as your email address and the content of your message) to respond and provide customer support.
To maintain stability and improve performance, we may process limited technical information such as: app version, device model, iOS version, crash logs, and high‑level usage events (for example, which feature screens are opened).
This information is used for diagnostics, security, and performance analysis.
The Service works with the permissions you grant to enable features such as duplicate detection, categorization, and manual review. You can modify or revoke permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
- Photos access: used to display and analyze your photos/videos for cleanup workflows.
- Contacts access: used to detect and help you review duplicate contacts (if you use that feature).
We process information to:
- Provide and operate the Service (including duplicate detection and organization features)
- Maintain reliability, security, and prevent abuse
- Improve performance, fix bugs, and develop new features
- Support subscriptions and billing status (without collecting your card details)
We do not sell your personal data and do not share it for third‑party marketing.
The Service may use established third‑party providers for limited purposes such as crash reporting, analytics, subscription management, and attribution measurement.
These providers are required to protect information and process it only for the purposes described in this Policy. They do not receive access to your photos, videos, or contacts as part of core cleanup features.
Depending on your location and applicable law, we process information based on: (a) performance of the Service you request, (b) our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service, and (c) compliance with legal obligations.
Some technical information may be processed by service providers located in other jurisdictions. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards to protect information in accordance with applicable law.
We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of users and services.
We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Diagnostic information is typically retained for a limited period unless longer retention is required for security or reliability.
We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the Service. However, no security method is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your information, such as access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection.
To exercise applicable rights, contact us at pro@luxurycode.org. We may request verification before processing certain requests.
If you purchase a subscription or in‑app product, payment processing is handled by Apple (In‑App Purchase). We do not store or collect your payment card details.
Refund decisions and processing are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s policies. We cannot issue refunds directly for App Store purchases.
The Service is not intended for children under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us at pro@luxurycode.org.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice within the Service or by other means where required by law. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest version.
